The Practice consists of six Board-Certified Dermatologists and three Certified Physician Assistants. Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Practice Administrator to lead our thriving and growing practice.
This person wil be responsible for the overall operational management and financial performance of the organization. This role requires a hardworking and strong leader, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Recruit clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous
improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Lead efforts to expand services, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance the Practice's reputation in the
community.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership to the staff, promoting professional development and high pertormance.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and successful implementation.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Understanding of internal and external marketing of a large practice.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the
ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR compliance.
• Advanced degree in business administration, healthcare
management, or a related field (MBA, MHA, etc.) preferred.
